Insertion and removal is the trickiest part. The stem is rather short. Scratched myself up abit tryingto reach for it. It is also indicated S for small, which is accurate and what i wanted anyway, but the site itself is ambiguous on the sizing so one would get so i was a little worried there as i waited on delivery. It can hold quite a lot though. I kept it in for hours no problem, and I'm a heavy bleeder!
