No warranty on item and Jumia doesn’t care
This item had a smell of burning wire. It didn’t go away, and 3 weeks in I called Jumia. They said I can’t return the item because I didn’t report it within 2 weeks, and I must deal with the supplier. Turns out that the product has no warranty. At all. Jumia didn’t mention that on the sales page. After a number of calls they gave me the number of the supplier. He said he would call back. Never did. He never picked my calls up again. Buy this item at your own risk, if anything is wrong with it, you are on your own. Goodbye, Jumia.
