Lousy shopping experience
It took them a whole week to deliver to a town just 4 hours away from. It was past the expected date and there was no communication. The process was unnecessarily frustrating. Also, the first night alone, the TV went off twice - I'm not sure whether the problem is with the complimentary TV guard or the actual TV. I'll keep my eye on things and see. The TV itself is great, but I would buy it elsewhere.
