Missing items

The listed: panel rails, top plug, patresses, switch and socket. There is need for transparency and accuracy on packaging of items in the shop. Our customers will not understand when something is missing and yet is what attracted the to buy from jumia. I was very disappointed on this...

Substandard

I have repeatedly posted my  problems on  Jumia whatsapp wall for three months. I'm so disappointed: I had ordered for a full solar kit. Then I received an incomplete kit, returned it and re-ordered another one which was also incomplete. I returned it and re-ordered a third kit which also came incomplete, the charge controller was only 20A instead of 30A that I had ordered for. Other items were also missing. I decided to retain the kit because Jumia customer care agents were frustrating and avoiding/ignoring my many calls. Only a few of them tried to help but were unsuccessful and they stopped communicating with me
