The phone I received is functioning properly, but unfortunately, the green cover I selected during the order process was not included in the package. It is disappointing to not receive the specific item that was ordered, especially when the option was available to be selected. In the future, it would be helpful if the app could indicate when an item is not available instead of allowing for the selection process to continue.
