I don't like it

Phone went off on the buying date and came back on after a day all by itself. Sent it back to jumia with the gifts but I think all they did is just reseal it....they didn't change my video amplifier since it came with a scratch and the smart watch also didn't come back. I'm highly disappointed. I'm not sure I want to handle the phone even.
