Faulty TV & am yet to be refunded!

It's my first and last time purchasing any electronic devices from and the last time purchasing anything at all from Jumia! They delivered a faulty TV, which has already been collected from my house but they are yet to refund my money. Am on call with their customer service representative, Ann, as I type this, and she has had me on hold for more than 10 minutes now. The one I spoke to yesterday told me I'd get the refund today. Disappointment & pissed off don't even come close to how I am feeling right now!

The TV is okay, it as expected I would have rated it 5 star, but on the features a free TV guard was to be delivered with the TV , but I am yet to receive one, Kindly sort me out. Otherwise the rest is all good
