Delivery person Mr.Nyakundi needs to be professional and customer centric. How does someone force a custom to pay for something not seen. He needs to up his customer service skills. We ordered two items why deliver one item and leave another one. Who’s going to pay delivery charges twice. As an organization that’s your task. Items ordered same time under one order should be delivered all of them together.

Having doubts after two months
