It's not fair I spend that amount and I walk around with a device that has not been packaged. Kindly whoever is in charge you need to respect the clients privacy. I don't want everyone to know what I just bought

Faulty product delivered
Item delivered was faulty( it could not power on despite trying it on different sockets), I initiated a return and Jumia declined the return without much details on why,they also claimed to have returned the item to me and I risked forfeiture if I did not accept the item back and in reality the item has not been redeployed back to my address. Bunch of cons!!!!
