The USB connector was missing.

The keyboard and mouse were in good condition, only the usb connector is missing. i have tried to make a return request since the time i received but its saying '' ..error, try again later''. i have ordered again from the same seller, i hope to receive when everything is okay. i am still trying to make a return request, i hope its successful.
