This resistance band is an improvement on the previous version. It is now 1.90 m long: 20 cm longer than before. It is still 7.6 cm wide and 0.55 mm thick. CHOOSING THE RIGHT PILATES RESISTANCE BAND

When doing Pilates, you'll need several resistance bands: one for stretching, and another for muscle strengthening. Always use a lower resistance for stretching and a higher resistance for toning. The white line on the resistance band tells you where the middle is so that you can position yourself correctly.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER THIS PILATES RESISTANCE BAND

Here are a few tips to make your resistance band last longer:

- Clean it gently with a damp cloth and lukewarm water after every workout.
- From time to time, apply a thin layer of talc.
- Keep it somewhere out of sunlight, away from any heat sources, and ideally at a temperature lower than 30°C.
- Do not store it in your car, where temperature fluctuations could damage it.
