The 3-layer marble base is the best non-stick coating you could wish for. The material is up to 7 times stronger than a traditional non-stick coating and food cannot stick. You can therefore serve healthy but also tasty dishes without or with a little bit of oil or butter. In addition, the marble layers make the pans much easier to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. The marble layers retain their finish, are less fragile, distribute heat perfectly and contain absolutely NO toxic substances.
