Precautions for welding

Be sure to weld the base metal to a temperature of 400 degrees or more

Be sure not to keep the flame too close or too far away. The temperature of the outer flame is the highest, so that the flame slightly touches the welding part. If you use phosphorous copper electrode, you must use flux. The universal electrode contains a flux core. No flux is needed.

Welding method: first use sandpaper or wire brush to polish the welding parts of the aluminum tube and the aluminum tube (the paint, oxide, and oil on the metal surface must be removed), move the welding torch to evenly heat the parts to be welded, and then continue to use the panacea The cored electrode (phosphor copper electrode needs flux) is to be welded and swiped. When the temperature rises above 400 degrees, the copper-aluminum electrode will be heated and melted and into the joint evenly. After the weld is full, remove the welding torch and cool down. Yes, no further treatment is required after cooling. Although the flux residue is visible but non-corrosive (such as using flux to remove it to avoid corrosion), it does not absorb moisture and adheres firmly.
