15m 38mm Battle Rope (10kgs) Exercise Gym Fitness

Battle ropes are great for all fitness types and levels, from novice to fitness elite. The 38mm wide variant weighs 10kg in total which makes it a great choice as a lighter-weight battle rope to use for longer cardio-vascular workouts or for people still building strength. We usually recommend this to boot camp operators with a variety of populations to cater for and always recommend at least one 38mm battle rope for commercial gyms.

At  15m long this allows the battle rope to be doubled over around a post or battle rope ground anchor. Each end of the battle rope has a head shrink handle to stop the fraying of rope ends and also enhances the grip of the battle rope.

These battle ropes can be used indoors and outdoors. If you are using it frequently outdoors we do recommend cleaning the rope every so often from a build-up of dirt or other materials that may lodge in between the fibres. Foreign materials could degrade the rope over years of use. Soapy water and a rag are fine to clean by working your way along the rope and scrubbing out anything you find.
