S221 is a special bra welding wire containing a small amount of tin and silicon. Tin can improve the fluidity, strength and corrosion resistance of the welding wire, while silicon can effectively control the evaporation of zinc, eliminate porosity and obtain satisfactory mechanical properties

use: Used as filler material in bra oxygen-acetylene gas welding and carbon arc welding. It is also widely used in brazing copper, steel, copper-nickel alloy, gray cast iron, and inlaid carbide tools, etc., with a wide range of uses;

Precautions:

1. The welding groove and welding wire surface must be carefully cleaned before welding.

2. Generally preheat to 400 ~ 500 degrees before welding. When welding, copper gas welding soent must be used as auxiliary soent.

3. Welding flame should use neutral flame or slightly oxidizing flame, appropriately reduce the temperature during welding, increase the welding speed, and minimize the residence time of the molten pool at high temperature to reduce the evaporation and oxidation of zinc.
