How to use: Use a chiseled tip make up applicator tool. Gently press the chiseled tip applicator into the pot to load color. Starting at the inner corners, dot along the upper lash line and wiggle the brush to blend. For defined lines, use the pointed tip to smooth out color, or the chiseled tip for thicker results. To create a smoldering eye, build shadow from the liner up. When applying, make sure lids are closed and be sure to avoid the water line.
