How to use:

1. Wear the cuff on the upper arm

2. Straighten your back and sit on the seat

3. Place your naturally on the table with your palm facing up

4. The sphygmomanometer should be kept at the same level as the heart

5. Keep your mood relaxed, don't talk or move, wait for the blood preure result

Warm tips:
