As shown in the picture, put 6 x "AAA" batteries into the battery box. Fold the top cover back to the body, and then rotate it clockwise to fix it. Filling spices: Unscrew the lower part of the transparent chamber in a clockwise direction, and then remove it from the valve body. Fill the room with pepper corn kernels or sea salt. Don't fill up. Fill the box with pepper corn or sea salt 80% as the maximum limit. To operate the pepper mill: Turn it over to the gravity pepper mill to start working. The blue LED indicator will light up automatically without preing any buttons or manual grinding. Adjust the top regulator to grind the pepper corn or sea salt from fine to coarse. Note: Does not include battery Always keep it clean and avoid contact with water
