2.4G Unable to Connect:

(1) Check Whether the Red Light Is on in 2.4G Mode. (2) Whether the Battery Is Sufficient. (3) Reconnect in 2.4G Mode. in 2.4G Mode, Press the Mode Key to Flash to the Red Light, and Then Plug Receiver. If the Red Light Is off, the Connection Is Successful.

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Problems:
