High Power Nickel Sheet Spot Welding Machine Dual Pulse

Features:

The outcase is made of aluminum alloy material, wear resistant and beautiful.

Equipped with indicator light, it will show green light when recharging, and it will goes off when it is fully recharged.

Suitable for spot welding 0.2mm pure nickel, 0.3mm nickel plating.

It can weld 0.15 nickel sheet 2500 times, 0.2mm nickel sheet about 1500 times after fully recharged.

Automatic trigger, it will automatic trigger when the welding pin touching the nickel sheet after 0.8s.

Pulse time settable design, power on default 5ms.

When the device voltage is lower, the pulse time adjustment is larger, the maximum is 15ms.

Pulse time recommended settings:

0.1mm nickel plating-pulse 2-3ms

0.15mm nickel plating-pulse 4-6ms

0.2mm nickel plating-pulse 6-9ms

0.3mm nickel plating-pulse 10-13ms

0.2mm pure nickel-pulse 12-15ms

Note: When the voltage of this device is lower than 6.5V, please recharge the machine, please power off when recharging.
