The ON & OFF button works only when the voltage is in the normal working range. If in the voltage protections mode, the ON & OFF button can't be use.

When the product enters the normal status, if the voltage unstable, and it's out of the normal voltage range, the product will enters the voltage protections mode directly and device is no output.
