FM radio

​Why can't the car radio be turned on?

• Please check the voltage of the car radio: dc 12v
• When you test this car radio, you can combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply.
• Replace with the same type of insurance to test the car radio.
• Note: Please use our power cord to connect our car radio, it is impossible to plug the original car plug directly into our machine.

Why does the car radio play time after we turn off?

• The time clock is a function of the car radio and cannot be removed. In fact, the car radio has been turned off. It saves time and is more convenient for people to watch.
• If you don't need this, you need to unplug the positive and negative of the power supply.

Why is there no sound in the car radio when playing music?

• 1. When you are not using our original audio cable, please check whether your audio cable is suitable for our camera.
• 2. Please check if there is any collision between the lines.
• 3. If the line is connected, there will be no sound when the speaker cable touches the speaker cable, and there is no sound when the power cord touches the speaker cable.
• If the problem persists, please use a speaker to connect a set of audio cables to test the car radio. Connect the four speaker cables separately to see if there is sound.

Why can't I search for FM?

• 1. The radio antenna is not inserted.
• 2. Please check if the radio antenna is plugged in. Please insert more antennas several times to make good contact.
• 3. Your location signal is not good. Please try again in a better place.
• 4. The radio antenna on the car is broken/no effect, please replace the radio antenna and try again;

Why can't I connect the bluetooth of the car radio?

• 1. Open the phone settings interface, open the Bluetooth in the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, and find the Bluetooth model of the player to be paired; if you need a pairing code, enter 0000; if you don't need it, please try 1234 or 123456.
• 2. Please try to use another mobile phone to test this function. All methods are correct. If you still cannot use Bluetooth, please unplug the plug on the back of the player and plug it in after 3 minutes.
