This listing is for:

- Revolutionary DC aluminium welding electrodes.

- These will weld cast, extruded, billet and most other forms of common aluminium alloys.

- These are great for repair and fabrication

- Aluminum electrodes with 5% silicon for aembling and repairing aluminum or aluminum alloys. Ideal for automotive, marine, and chemical work.

-The finished weld can be extremely strong and full penetration is easy to achieve, the resulting weld is easily machinable and can be very attractive.

- These rods are designed to be used with a +VE (positive) electrode holder.

-These will work with any good quality DC inverter welder with an open circuit voltage of around 60V or higher.

-Excellent quality welding is achievable even on thin aluminium sheet, the technique requires practice but fantastic results are achievable.

-For even easier starting our Aluminium Special DC arc welding plant is available just get in touch - however these will work with any good quality DC inverter welding source with 60V or more open circuit voltage. Relavent standards: - DIN 1732 - AWS A 5-3 Composition: - EL-AlSi5 - E 4043
