Q & A

Q: Why do I feel that the projection does not seem to be as bright as a normal screen after using ALR Screen?

A: The principle of ALR Screen is to prevent most of the invalid ambient light from reflecting to our eyes, so that the image we see is more realistic and the color is more vivid

Please note that the ALR screen has top and bottom structures, please be careful not to install the top and bottom of the screen upside down during installation

We default your laser TV to project from the bottom up. But if your laser TV uses ceiling mount, you also need to install the ALR screen upside down.

Notes on the installation process:

1. The screen needs to be installed manually, please read the installation manual carefully before installation

2. The screen itself is a precision material. Avoid folding or touching sharp objects during installation. Please wear gloves throughout the installation process to avoid leaving wrinkles or scratches on the screen

3. There will be gaps in the connection of the frame. In order to make the frame gap even, it is recommended that the long side be centered and connected first during the installation process, and then the short side should be installed.

4. After all the installation is complete, be sure to install the protective covers at the four corners
