1.Measuring voltage and current:
The USB plug is inserted into any USB port,the mother socket is inserted into the mobile phone and other devices,and the voltage and current parameters are read directly. MicroUSB or USB-C mother port can also be used as input port.
2.Measuring the output capacity and efficiency of mobile power supply:
It is suggested that the mobile power supply should be fully charged with the resistor false load,and then the mobile power supply should be discharged through the USB meter and load until the under-voltage shutdown.
3.ZY1270 uses intelligent recognition to accelerate charging:
If you don't charge with an official charger,such as Samsung charger,or charge it with a computer USB,the charging speed may be very slow or even refuse to charge.At this time,you can plug it into the upper USB port to accelerate charging.
4.Calculate the capacity and efficiency of mobile power battery.
5.Measure the power adapter/charger efficiency:
Cooperate with watt-hour meter and false load. After the meter,only the charger under test is connected.The charger output is connected with the USB meter and false load.After running for a period of time,check the accumulated Wh data of the USB meter,and then check how many kilowatt-hours the meter has gone. One kilowatt-hour = 1000Wh. Use the USB meter to read the change of the meter reading = accurate charger efficiency.
6.Measure the internal resistance of data line/USB adapter/other USB tables:
Voltage drop method is used in conjunction with resistance load. Firstly,the USB meter is plugged into the power supply and switched to the line resistance function. Then,the precision false load is inserted and adjusted to the required test current (recommended greater than 0.5A or less than 2A). After the reading is stable,the reference voltage and current are recorded by pressing the on for a long time. Then unplug the USB meter,plug it into the power supply directly with the data line/adapter/other USB tables to be tested,and then insert the USB meter into the line to be tested. The false load is fine-tuned to the current as much as possible equal to the reference current. It can read out the internal resistance of the wire to be tested and the line loss voltage drop under the test current.
7.Measuring battery capacity:
Using linear charging circuit(TP4056),the battery is fully charged by this capacity meter,and the capacity reading is the battery capacity.
8.Measure the current of micro-equipment and standby current:
As low as 0.1mA or even 0.01mA,the high resolution and high precision current is convenient to detect the working current/standby current of almost all small USB devices,such as card reader,wireless mouse receiver,Bluetooth or network card adapter. It can be detected by inserting it directly.
9.Charging time/capacity is measured by recording threshold function:
Most mobile phones have a slight trickle current when they are full. If the trickle current is not shielded,the capacity will continue to increase,interfering with the test. When the charge current is less than the set value after the trickle current shield is set,the capacity and cumulative charge time will not increase,so the charge time and charge capacity can be measured more accurately. Setting to 0 turns off trickle shielding.
10.Current waveform of power supply output capability detected by measuring equipment:
High-speed current curve drawing (up to 100 times per second) can be used to draw the current waveform of the power supply after the power-on of the electrical equipment,and develop the necessary sharp tool of the adaptive current electrical equipment!
11.Measure EMARK line:
New version of USB table test method:USB table head plugged into mobile power supply,EMARK line plugged into USB-OUT port of USB table,and then run EMARK line test function.
12.Data clearance:
The display capacity interface (Ah,Wh) presses and holds the on for a long time. First,it jumps to the next group and holds the on for a few seconds. Then it jumps back to the current group and returns to the zero current group.
