The typical TDP- Thermal Design Power is 35 watts for a low energy consumption. 256GB SSD will be an adequate amount of local storage for the majority of computer users and is way faster than a regular HDD SATA drive.

16GB DDR4 SDRAM memory (2 x 8GB) is a decent amount of memory that will be more than enough for a good percentage of users. Only those with the extreme multitasking needs will want more memory. Intel i5-6500T processor is already a relatively powerful CPU with a decent amount of multitasking capability.
