Over the years I have experimented with a ton of nail products that were weak, unreliable and time consuming. Some have been extremely toxic to my nail bed leaving me with infections to treat. I sought to find a product that would not only meet my needs but one that was simple enough to use at home

How to use polygel
1.    Nail prep: Make sure that your nails are clean, free of polish, filed and buffed before applying a coat of base coat.

2.    Using the polygel: Identify a dual form for each of your nails. File the dual form to a perfect fit if necessary. Apply a pea sized amount of the polygel formula to your dual form and spread it to fit your desired length and shape using a small, precise brush, Polygel as you will notice, is sticky and when applied, it should be used with a slip solution. It makes the surface smooth, so you can easily manipulate it in the way you want it. The gel can be formed to create any nail shape, whether you’re fond of almond nails or coffin shapes

NB. Dual forms are not a must you could apply the polygel on your natural nail for more authentic look.

3.    Cure the nail: After the polygel is in place on your nail, place your nails under an LED or UV lamp for about 90 seconds. Then simply pop off the dual form to reveal your polygel manicure.

4.    File and shape: Polygel is much softer than other options, a hand file will get the job done, smoothing out any bumps or uneven areas, as well as helping define the shape you want even further.

5.     Apply your finish: For a matte finish you may clean the surface with the remover pad. If you prefer a shiny look you can use our topcoat or add a coat of your favourite gel polish then cure.

6.    Cuticle oil: Is a manicure ever really complete until you’ve moisturized your cuticles? We think not. Apply our cuticle oil at the base of each nail and give yourself a massage.

You can literally grab a tube today and you’re ready to start. If properly applied, Polygel usually lasts 21 days after which you’ll need a little maintenance to fill up the growth. To remove it from your nails is quite simple as well, buff-off the excess nail product then use the remover for the rest of the product. Hold the remover pad onto the nail for a few seconds after which it should peel right off. It should be filed down to atleast 10% to leave a protective layer on the nail before using our remover.
