Product details
Low power (under-voltage) will certainly damage any refrigeration appliance’s compressor. The Fridge Guard protects your appliance by disconnecting the power when it goes below unacceptable level. Additionally, there is a delay when power returns to normal. This will ensure that the appliance is not switched on-off repeatedly during fluctuations nor is it subjected to a massive surge normally experienced when power returns after power cuts. Order it online from Jumia and have it delivered to you wherever you may be.
Automated functionality
The TV guard will disconnect the power to your appliance if the mains voltage drops below or above a pre-set limit. It will also will re-connect automatically only after the supply has returned to acceptable limits after a set wait time.
Dial Controls
The FK volt guard allows you to control how sensitive the guard is to voltage problems. Using the control dial you can set the desired level of protection and specifications.

Don't go for it - it's a scam
The description claims it's a 13 Amp guard, but when you get it, it shows 5 AMPs on the packaging. Obviously there's a difference, and if you plug in an appliance that draws 13 amps into a guard designed for only 5 amps, it will burn it. I wish Jumia did a better job catching these.
