They are sweat proof and water proof hence can be great for that morning jogging session or workout session. The box comes with; 2 pods, 1 charging case, 1 charging cable and 1 user manual. They have an auto power and auto pairing mode. Touch using Siri. To connect automatically, just open the lip of the case.
