HOW IT WORKS: The device emits ultrasonic pulses that are imperceptible to humans and pets, but disturb ticks and fleas, thus keeping them away from your pet. The device is primarily intended for preventive purposes.

Ultrasonic wave is an acoustic (sound) energy in the form of waves with a frequency range above that of the human hearing range (20-20,000 Hz). The device frequency is 40kHz and does not disturb the hearing of cats and dogs.

TICKLESS ® technology underwent rigorous testing and was proven effective by a clinical study at the School of Veterinary Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases Laboratory at the University of Camerino, Italy.

HOW TO USE:

1. Bathe your pet with flea / tick shampoo to remove any remaining parasites.
2. Fasten the device on the collar, remove the tab to activate. 4 red flashes indicate that the device is on. (Verify its continued operation at any time by pressing the button to confirm that the LED flashes in response.)
3. Ensure efficacy by ensuring that the device is affixed to the animal at all times.

TIPS:

• Efficacy depends on your pet’s coat condition and the number of parasites in the area. In areas heavily populated by ticks, 100% protection is not guaranteed. Not suitable for removing ticks or fleas from pets that have already been infected.
• Do not obstruct the grid, where the ultrasonic waves emit.
• The device is highly resistant to water – no problem if some water drops on it. If your pet accidentally goes into water, dry the device with a cold blowing hair dryer as soon as possible. Battery life may be affected.
• If the LED light disturbs you, simply place a sticker on top but be careful not to obstruct the grid.
