Warranty Coverage: This Limited Warranty applies to the vankyo leisure 510 projector ("Product") purchased from the vendor and is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.2. What is Covered: During the Warranty Period, we warrant that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The vendor at there sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective parts or the entire Product, free of charge. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished, subject to availability.3. What is Not Covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover:Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage.Damage caused by use with accessories, components, or consumables not approved by Vankyo.Any Product where the serial number has been removed, altered, or obliterated.4. Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, please contact the vendor from which the Product was purchased. Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue to facilitate the warranty process.5. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product for warranty service. 6. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from the use of the Product.7. Governing Law: This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased.
