Missing Warranty Card
I received my vacuum cleaner well & on time. My first concern is there is no warranty card anywhere and no explanation by yourselves on how my 1yr warranty will thus be applied. Secondly the product is good but the power button on it doesn’t switch off meaning I can only unplug at the wall. How does that work? Maybe it’s me not getting it? Please assist.
