Instructions:

1. Place the sphygmomanometer on your wrist and gently pre the wristband, not too loose or too tight

2. Adjust the wristband according to the thickne of the wrist, and stick the wristband on the wrist

3. Keep a finger's width between the sphygmomanometer and the wrist

4. Raise the wrist with the blood preure monitor up and keep it on the same level as the heart

5. Keep quiet, relax, don't talk, wait for the data measurement results

Precautions:

-You'd better measure your basic blood preure (the blood preure you don't want to urinate after getting up in the morning), if not, it is best to measure before exercise and eating

-Do not touch the instrument, wristband and trachea during measurement, keep quiet and relax

-Be quiet for at least 5 minutes before the measurement

-Relax the body, and fingers, no muscle activity

-Do not speak during measurement, keep quiet

-If you need to measure continuously, take another 4-5 minutes to measure
