【About howling】

Howling is a normal phenomenon of hearing aids. please refer to the following tips to try:

1st, choose the earplug head that fits the user's ear canal size (the product is equipped with three sizes of large, medium and small, and two types of earplug heads)

2nd, plug the ear canal tightly without any gaps. If there are gaps or not plug tightly, the product may scream. This is a normal phenomenon of hearing aids.

3rd, as long as the hearing aid is not plugged tightly (closed), the louder sound will produce howling, and the howling can be controlled by turning down the volume appropriately.
