Kind tips:

-Do not touch the instrument, wristband, or trachea during measurement, and keep quiet and relaxed

-Quiet for at least 5 minutes before measurement -Relax your body, arms and fingers and do not move your muscles-

Don’t talk and stay quiet during measurement - if continuous measurement is required, please measure for another 4-5 minutes

how to use:

1. Put the cuff on your upper arm

2. Straighten your back and sit in your seat

3. Place your arms naturally on the table, palms facing up

4. The blood pressure monitor should be kept at the same level as the heart

5. Keep relaxed, don’t talk or move, and wait for the blood pressure results

Precautions:

1. Relax before taking the measurement

2. With your palms facing up, hold the armband parallel to your heart.

3. With your palms facing upward, keep the air intake tube parallel to the artery.

4. Wrap the strap tightly around the arm in opposite directions and install.

5. One finger should be placed between the arm and the cuff.

6. Keep the band parallel to your heart, palms up.

7. Press the on/off button, remain relaxed and start measuring.

8. High pressure, low pressure and pulse will be displayed immediately after 1 minute.
