I have mixed feeling

The delivery was 5 days late!!! The packing was up to standard however I have problem with the specification. The resolution is indicated 4K QLED+ however upon playing 4K video it doesn't play smoothly. The refresh Rate for the TV is Indicated 60Hz but it is actually 30 Hz. The clarity is nothing next to QLED+ I have experience with. The seller should sell product according to the specifications indicated and not otherwise
